In the absence of all our guests we are making the most of this time to make all kinds of improvements at the hotel.

We have completed several much needed projects that will be quite evident when you return.

• The replacement of the bedroom windows that actually open and will allow lovely ocean breezes to flow through the rooms.
• All our guest rooms have been freshly painted and many maintenance items have been repaired and improved.
• Our gorgeous salt water pool has been inspected by the New Hanover County Health Department and is ready for use when our guests arrive.
• The biggest project that began on Monday the 27th is installing new fiber optic cable for WIFI in every room. This is HUGE and will enhance our guests’ experience when using the internet and also on our smart TVs. I can’t express how much of a game changer this really is going to make but it is a process. The work is involved both in the rooms and behind the scenes with the technology being utilized it will put us ahead for years to come.
